Two $1,000 scholarships are offered  to any Local 243 member, or a child or spouse of a member in good standing, in order to help that individual expand their educational horizons. This scholarship is available to students currently in college, or who will be entering college in 2008.

Applicants must submit:

(1) High School transcript, and if applicant has completed at least one semester of college, a college transcript;

(2) A completed scholarship application (see form Below);

(3) SAT or ACT scores (GRE if applying to a graduate school);
