Local 243's goal is to bring the benefits of Union Membership to all working people. If a non-union enterprise is getting away with paying low wages and few benefits, it is more difficult for your employer to fairly compensate you and remain competitive. So you can help yourself by helping others to organize and enjoy union benefits.
If someone you know is non-union and looking for better "wages, hours and working conditions", feel free to contact us. Local 243's Executive Board and staff have well over 100 years of experience in negotiating labor agreements. Let's face it, Non-Union workers can't afford not to contact us! |
